Return in store:
Return the goods to your closest store of the brand you purchased from. Remember to take your invoice or delivery slip with you. Goods purchased from hi can also be returned at any Foschini store.
Call 0861 111761 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for a courier to collect the goods and return them on your behalf. This option is free of charge but only possible Mon – Fri between 9:00 – 17:00 and will take 7 – 10 days for therefund to be processed. A further 5 - 7 days needs to be added for any bank refunds to clear.
Return to Pargo Pick Up Point:
Should you have made use of a Pargo Pick Up Point for collection of your parcel, you may also return a parcel to a Pargo Pick Up Point. It is your responsibility to ensure that the store returning your parcel to TFG on your behalf, does the necessary scanning in of the parcel in order for the system to activate your return.

Returns terms and conditions:
- The goods must be in their original condition and packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept return of underwear, toiletries, cosmetics and perishable foodstuffs.
- Cellular telephones, tablets, laptops and certain related products are covered by a special policy, please refer to paragraph 10 of our Online Shopping Terms and Conditions.
